Friday Focus Clinics

Perfect for developing players ages 10–13, Friday Focus Clinics are ideal for athletes who are newer to the sport or still mastering the basics.

This winter program runs on select Fridays in November and December, offering focused skill development in a fun, small-group setting.

Learn to serve with confidence! This clinic focuses on developing proper serving technique, consistency, and power. Players will practice both underhand and overhand serves, learn effective serving strategies, and build the confidence to serve successfully in game situations.

Master one of the most important skills in volleyball! This clinic emphasizes proper passing form, footwork, platform control, and ball placement. Athletes will work on serve receive and defensive passing to improve accuracy and consistency in every touch.

Bring the heat to your attacks! This clinic focuses on arm swing mechanics, approach timing, and shot placement. Players will learn how to generate power and control to become more effective hitters at any position.

Set your teammates up for success! In this clinic, players will work on hand positioning, footwork, decision-making, and accuracy. Whether you’re an aspiring setter or just want to better understand the position, this clinic helps you develop precision and confidence in your sets.
