Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Youth League
Refunds (minus a processing/convenience fee) may be issued up to 24 hours prior to the start of the program. After this time, no refunds will be given. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to finalize rosters, staffing, and facility planning in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that American Express (AMEX) is not accepted as a form of payment. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Summer Camps

Club (ages 11-18)
Tryout registration fees are non-refundable. Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club does not offer refunds for club tuition once a player has accepted an offer. By accepting a position on a team, families are committing to the full financial responsibility for the season, including all future payments outlined in the selected payment plan, regardless of circumstance. During registration, families have the option to purchase registration insurance through a third-party provider. This insurance may offer reimbursement in the event of injury, illness, or other covered situations. We strongly encourage families to consider this option, as CLVC does not offer credits, cancellations, or refunds once a commitment is made. Please note that American Express (AMEX) is not accepted as a form of payment. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Crossbar processing fees are as follows: Credit Card 3.99% + $.99 and ACH 1.99% + $.99
Adult Competitive Play (ACP+)
All ACP+ session purchases are non-refundable. Account credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis for players unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances.
Beyond Youth

Adult Tournaments
All registrations are final and refunds will not typically be issued. However, Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club understands that unexpected situations can arise, and exceptions may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances at the club's discretion.
All-Star Fundraiser Tournament
Thank you for supporting our All-Star Fundraiser Tournament. As this is a fundraising event, all registrations are final and refunds will not typically be issued. However, extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club. We appreciate your support of our athletes and this fundraising effort.
Legacy College Clinics
Registration fees for the Carolina Legacy College Clinic are non-refundable. Because clinic planning, staffing, and coach commitments are based on registration numbers, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, schedule conflicts, or no-shows. Exceptions may be considered for documented extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness, injury, or family emergencies. Any request for an exception must be submitted in writing to Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club as soon as possible. Approval of refund requests is at the sole discretion of Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club.
