Carolina Legacy Athletes Shine at the 2026 USA Volleyball All-Star Championships
Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club is incredibly proud to recognize two outstanding athletes who were selected to represent the Carolina Region at the 2026 USA Volleyball All-Star Championships, one of the most prestigious events in junior volleyball.
Held July 23–26, 2026, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio, the USA Volleyball All-Star Championships bring together the top athletes from across the country. Each USA Volleyball region selects its best players to compete alongside elite national and international talent, creating one of the highest levels of competition available outside of the USA National Team pipeline.
Hosted by the Ohio Valley Region and produced by the 40 regions of USA Volleyball, the tournament featured Boys' and Girls' divisions in U13, U15, U17, and U19 age groups. Teams competed in a best-of-five match format using the official Molten Flistatec volleyball while representing their regions on a national stage.
Carolina Region Excels
The Carolina Region delivered an outstanding performance throughout the tournament.
The Carolina Region U17 All-Stars captured the National Gold Championship, completing an impressive tournament run that culminated in a dramatic reverse-sweep victory to claim the national title.
The Carolina Region U15 All-Stars also had an exceptional showing, finishing 4th overall in the nation during an incredibly competitive tournament field.
Carolina Legacy Well Represented
Carolina Legacy was honored to have two athletes selected to represent the Carolina Region:
Brenna McArtan – U17 National Gold Champions
Brenna McArtan earned a spot on the Carolina Region U17 All-Star team as a Libero/Defensive Specialist, where she played a pivotal role throughout the championship run.
As the anchor of the team's back-row defense and serve receive, Brenna's consistency, court awareness, and defensive leadership helped the Carolina Region capture the 2026 USA Volleyball All-Star National Gold Championship. Competing against the nation's top talent, she demonstrated the poise and work ethic that have become hallmarks of her game.
Roselani (Rosie) Grabowski – U15 All-Stars
Roselani "Rosie" Grabowski represented the Carolina Region on the U15 All-Star team as a Middle Hitter.
Rosie helped lead the Carolina Region to an outstanding 4th-place national finish, making a significant impact at the net with her blocking, attacking, serving and competitive energy throughout the tournament. Her selection and performance reflect the tremendous growth she has shown as both a club and school athlete.
A Tremendous Honor
Being selected to a USA Volleyball Regional All-Star team is an achievement earned by only a select group of athletes. Players are evaluated not only on their volleyball abilities but also on their work ethic, coachability, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
Representing the Carolina Region against the best athletes from across the United States—and international teams—provides invaluable experience that helps prepare players for future collegiate and national-level opportunities.
